Amazing February 2, 2012

The instructional video was extremely helpful. It was scary taking apart, but I felt confident with the instructional video being there as my guide. After I installed the battery I was thoroughly pleased and happy to see that I had succeeded in installing the battery. You guys are amazing!

My only complaint is that connector #3 is REALLY hard to put back and is the scariest part of the installation process, because you sometimes feel like you'll never be able to put it back on or if you're going to break it in your own frustrations and efforts to put it back on.

Other than that, my iPhone 3gs works beautifully. Thank you so much!

I chose the self-install option and the process was much easier than expected (I am not at all technologically inclined and I managed to get through it without destroying my iPhone). I would definitely recommend watching the entire video once through immediately before installing and letting it play again while doing the install (pausing it where necessary). My phone is completely back to normal- highly recommend this product!
