Process Warranty Return
Email customer service at support@toptechies.com and attach the original purchase email receipt.  Let us know whether you plan on performing the replacement installation yourself or if you prefer TopTechies.  We will reply with the a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and along with any additional steps to complete the warranty return.  TopTechies is not responsible for product returned without an RMA.  TopTechies does not cover any shipping charges when customers mail product back for returns.  Please ship all packages with RMA # clearly marked on package to:

30 Day - Returns & Exchanges
At TopTechies our return policy is simple. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for full refund of the purchase price and sales tax if applicable, minus the shipping charges.  TopTechies does not cover any shipping charges when mailing product back for returns.
 
Return or Exchange an item
Email customer service at support@toptechies.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  TopTechies is not responsible for product returned without an RMA. 
 
As the return shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the package arrives to us. We recommend that you use a reliable source such as UPS or the USPS using delivery confirmation. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries, nor third party billing for returned merchandise. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded for product that is not damaged or defective.
 
To ensure full credit, all products returned must be in original boxes and packaging, have original UPC codes on the products & packaging, manuals intact and RMA number provided on the return package shipment. If any of the above is not returned with the item, you may be subject to a 15% repackaging fee, which will be determined on a case by case basis.
 
Once your package arrives, we will follow-up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 7 - 10 business days from product receipt at our warehouse for credit to be processed.
